Each model listed has been graded for complexity. The model you will have made on part two is graded level 6. Higher level models will introduce you to new techniques whereas lower level models will give you the opportunity to repeat and refine techniques experienced on cabinet making part two. This course syllabus is compatible with several city and guilds NVQ qualifications.

MODEL 10 - 17th century style apprentice scale chest of two short and three long drawers (lipped). Carcase through dovetailed and veneered with a quartered top, cross banding and herring bone inlays. Applied cross grain mouldings . Bun feet. Dimensions - 11 3/8"h, 10 5/8"w, 8"d. Suitable timber - For carcase and drawer linings Spruce, beech, any knot free whitewood or oak.
