Cabinet Making Part 2
An Intensive Foundation Course

Duration: 5 Days
Location: The Little Surrenden Workshops

General Course Content
Students attending this course will have completed Part 1 - TOOL TECHNOLOGY AND TUNING and will now use those prepared tools to develop their planing, sawing and paring skills on a test piece.

The test piece will be within the capabilities of a student with a little woodworking experience, yet will provide the opportunity to practise planing wood to fine tolerance, cutting and fitting dovetail joints, grouving, veneering and fitting a lock.
